Agency: Apex Idea Marketing (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”)
Client: Any individual or entity engaging services from Apex Idea Marketing

By accessing, purchasing, or engaging with the services offered by Apex Idea Marketing, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

At Apex Idea Marketing, we prioritize transparency, fairness, and clear communication in every client relationship. Our policies are built to ensure smooth, respectful, and productive collaborations.

1. Payment & Billing

  • All projects operate on a retainer or pre-agreed fixed fee basis, paid in advance.


  • Invoices are generated monthly or as per the contract terms.


  • Delayed payments beyond a 5-day grace period may be subject to a $25 late fee.


  • Accepted payment methods: Wise, PayPal, Stripe, or a mutually approved method.


2. Delivery Commitments

  • All assets are delivered on a weekly basis, as per the schedule outlined during onboarding.


  • Timelines are mutually agreed upon. In case of any delay from either party, communication will be made promptly.





3. Revision Policy

  • Each deliverable includes one round of revisions if requested within 48 hours of delivery.


  • Additional revisions may be billed depending on scope.




4. Intellectual Property

  • All final deliverables become the sole property of the client once full payment is made.


  • Apex Idea Marketing may showcase non-confidential work (e.g., thumbnails, podcast flows) in portfolios or case studies, with prior client approval.




5. Confidentiality

  • We treat all materials, communication, and content with strict confidentiality.


  • No information will be shared or used outside of the client’s project without written consent.


6. Cancellation & Termination

  • Clients may terminate ongoing services with 7 days’ written notice.


  • The current month’s payment is non-refundable upon early termination, as resources are allocated in advance.


7. Communication

  • Primary communication is maintained through email or Slack, with scheduled check-ins and updates.


  • Clients are encouraged to provide clear feedback and timely approvals to ensure smooth delivery.




8. Disputes

  • Any dispute or misunderstanding will be addressed through direct communication and mediation.


Legal jurisdiction for unresolved matters will be based in India, the agency’s home base.
